ALEC Tax and Fiscal Policy Task Force 2011 packet, as obtained from the office of Wisconsin Rep. Robin Vos (that state’s ALEC public sector chair). The packet contains copies of the following model legislation: “The Performance Note Act,” “Amendments to ALEC’s Item-Reduction Veto Policy,” “Legislative Transparency Act,” “State Agency Lobbing Reform Act,” Local Government Transparency Act,” “Unfunded Pension Liabilities Accounting Act,” and the “State Council on Competitive Government Act.”
This packet also contains lists of ALEC Tax and Fiscal Policy Task Force public and private sector members, meeting minutes, as well as information of ALEC scholarship funds disbursements and tax force “operating procedures.”
